The Administrative Observer - Windows Mobile (Pocket PC) update - version 3.31

This file corrects an issue with newer Windows Mobile (Pocket PC) devices (i.e. - IPAQ 200 series and HTC Touch) that have problems generating an appropriate Device ID.
Instead of a Device ID, a series of ***************** appear
Download and or install ppcinstall.exe
After installation a proper Device ID will appear that can be e-mailed to www.pes-sports.com to receive an unlock code.

This file can be copied to c:\obs\ppcinstall for future installs or run from any location where it is downloaded to.
